Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
